What you'll be doing

You develop and implement the company's marketing and growth strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objective. Your main focus will be on paid channels.
You develop and manage a multi-channel, integrated marketing plan mainly focusing on paid acquisition via various acquisition channels including digital marketing, influencer marketing and social media among others.
You identify and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts; making adjustments as necessary to ensure goals are met.
You improve and maintain our MarTech setup and create insightful reports addressing our key marketing KPIs.
You monitor and analyse performance and strategically adjust budgets based on data.

What we are looking for

At least 3 years track-record in growth and marketing functions. Previous experience in consumer apps is preferred.
You are technically affluent and aware of current growth marketing tools and channels.
You have experience with mobile attribution.
You have excellent analytical skills and are data oriented.
You are a team player, and have a proactive mindset and a hands-on mentality.
Strong plus if you have experience/interest in the retail investing space.
You can speak and write English fluently.

Was du tun wirst

Du entwickelst, verwaltest und optimierst digitale Marketingstrategien, um engagierte Nutzer und Prozesse zu gewinnen.
Du startest und verwaltest Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle, wie z. B. Suche, Social und Affiliate.
Du verbesserst und pflegst unser MarTech-Setup und erstellst aussagekräftige Berichte zu unseren wichtigsten Marketing-KPIs.
Du überwachst und analysierst die Leistung und passt die Budgets basierend auf den Daten strategisch an.

Was wir suchen

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfolgsbilanz in Wachstums- und Marketingfunktionen. Frühere Erfahrungen im Bereich Consumer Apps sind von Vorteil.
Du bist technisch versiert und kennst die aktuellen Wachstumsmarketing-Tools und -Kanäle.
Du hast Erfahrung mit mobiler Attribution.
Du besitzt ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten und bist datenorientiert.
Du bist ein Teamplayer und hast eine proaktive Denkweise sowie eine Hands-on-Mentalität. Ein deutliches Plus, wenn du Erfahrung/Interesse im Bereich der Einzelhandelsinvestitionen hast.
Du kannst fließend Englisch sprechen und schreiben. Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
