Was du tun wirst

Als Praktikant in der Abteilung Business Development arbeitest du an der Weiterentwicklung und dem Wachstum unseres Unternehmens.
Mit deinen analytischen Fähigkeiten und deiner Hands-On-Mentalität unterstützt du das Business Development-Team bei strategischen und operativen Tätigkeiten.
Recherchen, Analysen und Präsentationen sind ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Tagesgeschäfts und unterstützen die Entwicklung neuer Ideen und Projekte.
Du hinterfragtst mithilfe von Daten den Status Quo und setzt Impulse für die ständige Weiterentwicklung unserer Geschäftsbereiche.
Für dich gibt es keinen "typischen Tag”, da deine Aufgaben sehr vielseitig sind und du Eindrücke in alle Unternehmensbereiche bekommst.

Was wir suchen

Du bist Student/in oder Absolvent/in an einer Top-Universität einen technischen oder wirtschafts- Hintergrund.
Erste Berufserfahrung in einem wettbewerbsorientierten Umfeld (z.B. erfolgreiches Start-Up, Beratung, Investmentbanking) konntest du bereits sammeln.
Dich zeichnet deine Selbstständigkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität aus.
Deine analytischen und kommunikativen Fähigkeiten sind exzellent.
Du kannst sicher auf Englisch kommunizieren.
Für dieses Praktikum bist du mindestens drei Monate verfügbar und kannst so bald wie möglich starten. Der Ort des Praktikums ist unser Office in Berlin Mitte.

At getquin, we are on a mission to empower people to become better investors!

We started three years ago with a portfolio tracker and quickly added a social network to it, to foster exchange of ideas with friends, fellow investors and financial experts. Our app helps everyone to not only manage their investment but also make informed financial decisions.

With over 200k+ members, our investment community is constantly growing everyday. And with our recent Series A of $15m, led by global fintech investor Portage Ventures, known for investments such as Clark and Wealthsimple, and joined by Horizons Ventures, the venture capital firm behind other German fintech companies such as N26 and wefox, we are only getting started.

What you'll be doing

As an intern in Business Development, you will work on the further development and growth of our company.

With your analytical skills and your hands-on mentality, you support the business development team in strategic and operational activities.
Research, analysis and presentations are an important part of our day-to-day business and support the development of new ideas and projects.
You use data to question the status quo and provide impetus for the constant further development of our business areas.
There is no "typical day" for you, as your tasks are very varied and you get impressions of all areas of the company.

What we are looking for

You are a student or graduate from a top university with a technical or business background.
You have already gained initial professional experience in a competitive environment (e.g. successful start-up, consulting, investment banking).
You are characterized by your independence and hands-on mentality.
Your analytical and communication skills are excellent.
You can confidently communicate in English.
You are available for this internship for at least three months and can start as soon as possible. The location of the internship is our office in Berlin Mitte.
